This is an example of a 1922 Grant Memorial obverse die trial without star.
They were known as follows:
Copper JA1922-10/P3581. May not exist as the piece illustrated in Judd's 7th edition, ex Zerbe, Boyd, 76 ANA is die struck on both sides, ie it is a J2025/P2066.
White metal JA1922-11/P3584. This is also believed to be unique and is ex Fraser, Cohen and appeared in the August 6, 1975 edition of Coin World. It is an interesting piece in that it was struck with a reeded edge collar.
