The following lead obverse die trial for the 1921 Peace dollar is a new discovery. The die trial is on an oversized 45 mm planchet and weighs 77.1 grams. It was offered along with a plaster model of the obverse in Numismatic Auctions LLC's November 2020 auction and was last offered in Heritage 8/23 ANA, Heritage 8/25 ANA as PCGS genuine, environmental damage.
