This is the 1857 high date obverse as used on J189/P226 combined with an 1860 reverse die not used on any other pattern struck in copper. This resulted in "United States of America" not appearing on either side. These must have been struck early in the year as one of these was offered as lot 670 in E. Cogan's 5/1860 sale.
