This pattern showing a small flying eagle and a reverse with wide wreath is one of the designs which was part of a 12 piece set sold by the Mint. To view the set, click here.
Because these were sold in sets, it is relatively common.
Counterfeits of this pattern exist. Pollock reports an article by Paul Gilkes in the January 13, 1992 edition of Coin World which discusses this.
