1) Heritage 1/15 FUN - PCGS63BN apparently struck on a cracked planchet, illustrated above, click on the thumbnail image to enlarge
2) Superior 1/90, Brewer-Kagin's 3/17 - PCGS63BN
3) Stacks 6/77, image does not appear to match either of the 2 above
4) Smithsonian, illustrated below. The genuineness of this latter piece has been questioned.

An example in Paramount's 8/67 ANA described as "slight planchet flaking; appears to have been cleaned, most likely in testing" may be another.

The Neumoyer-Stacks 5/60 lot 2235 described as having imperfect planchet on obverse edge may be another or part of the pedigree of the illustrated piece.
