Dibello’s or Lohr’s may duplicate #3. Stickney pedigree from H. Chapman bidbook sold in C. Davis 3/97 sale. NGC shows an example graded as NGC63RB which may duplicate #4 or could be a 7th.
This design was also struck in silver J1530/P1698 with only 4 known.
