The only confirmed example of this design, a rather poorly preserved specimen, sold in the Bowers and Ruddy Harte sale of March 1981 and is now in a Wyoming collection and is illustrated below courtesy of Andy Lustig. As you can see the coin was cleaned and has corrosion. it was also described at being platinum plated in the B/R 3/81 sale.
