Although these are described as regular die trial pieces in the standard references, these were actually deliberately struck for sale to collectors as part of complete off-metal sets.

2) Superior 6/98 as NGC65RB, Superior 5/99 as NGC65RB, Superior 2/00 as NGC65RB, Heritage 1/07 FUN as NGC65RB, Simpson-Heritage 1/24 FUN - PCGS64BN

3) Superior 1/93, B/M 11/08, Heritage 8/19 - PCGS62BN with a carbon spot on rim above D in UNITED

4) B/M 6/88 as proof 60bn, Wilcox, Leidman - PCGS62BN

5) Harte-B/R 3/81 - proof 65, possibly one of above

6) Farouk ?, Heritage 7/97 ANA - cleaned, retoning, possibly one of the PCGS62 coins noted above

The Garrett, Stacks 3/76 coin is probably one of those listed above.
