Although these are described as regular die trial pieces in the standard references, it is more likely that the off-metal 'trials' of this year were deliberately struck for sale to collectors.

1) Stacks 8/76 ANA, Superior 2/98, Simpson-Heritage 9/20 - PCGS67BN
2) Stacks 11/07, StacksBowers 3/12, StacksBowers 3/19 - PCGS64BN
3) Flynn in August 1971, Bass-B/M 5/99 - PCGS62BN, possibly same as #2, but that coin has spots not seen on this one
Aluminum J1244/P1386 with only the following 2 confirmed:
1) River Oak-B/R 11/76, NERCA 4/80, Melnick 11/82, Heritage 1/11 FUN as NGC65, Heritage 4/19 - PCGS66, illustrated above, click on the thumbnail image to enlarge
2) Stacks 8/76 ANA, Ivy 4/77, Simpson-Heritage 8/21 - PCGS66 with a toning line on the rim at 7:00
