1) Crouch-Superior 6/77, Mitchell on 4/80, Bourne - PCGS64

2) Superior 5/93 as PCGS64, Heritage 1/99 FUN, Heritage 6/05, Simpson-Heritage 8/21 - PCGS65, with a toning streak coming off a star at 1:00 on the reverse, illustrated below courtesy of Heritage
