The following image shows the 2 varieties of laurel wreath reverses. These reverses were used on various patterns making up the 12 piece 1858 pattern cent sets. The first shows clusters of 5 leaves and the second shows clusters of 6 leaves as on the regular issue 1859 Indian cent. Another point to note is that the left side ribbon points down at a dentelle on the 6 leaves reverse. The 6 leaves reverse is the rarer of the two on these patterns pieces.
