The Allenberger, Pittman, Pogue family example of the 1833 Novodels. These are believed struck in 1836 as they used the Overton 106 reverse.
They may have been struck as a test for the new steam press and/or the use of a close collar. I believe them to be similar in nature to the 2 1827 quarters, Eliasberg's and James A. Stack's, overstruck on early quarter dollars using a close collar.
