This is a die trial, in lead, of just Longacre's obverse as used on J561-J564/P622-P625 and J565/P626.
Only 2 examples are confirmed as follows:
1) Judd, Kosoff-B/M 11/85, Heritage 9/13 - the Judd 1st-7th edition plate coin, illustrated aboce and now split in 2. According to the Heritage sale, the piece is now "Diagonally cracked from northwest to southeast. As a result, the piece now has cardboard backing to reinforce it."
