This is a restrike made in the 1870s deliberately for sale to a collector. It employs the regular 1839 capped bust obverse combined with the standing eagle reverse with 4 arrows in the its talon also used in 1838 on J72/P75. Both dies show heavy die rust.

Only 2 examples are known including the former Garrett, Bass Foundation, Southern collection, Simpson piece which is illustrated above and the Witham-Auction 81, Lemus-Queller, Heritage 1/09 example.
