This example features Paquet's seated Liberty with the "50 Cents" in cereal wreath reverse. These are believed to restrikes struck in the mid 1860s to early 1870s as the reverse shows extensive rust around the lower reverse periphery.

Examples were struck as follows:

Silver J251/P290 with fewer than a half dozen known.

Copper J252/P291 with fewer than a half dozen known.
