The regular die trials piece of the "with cents" reverse.
Examples were struck as follows:
Copper J1719A/P1926 with only the Bolender 6/35, Auction 89 piece known. According to the Stacks Auction 89 description, "It was struck from a rusty reverse die. The I in (PLURIBUS) now centered under the upright of the E in STATES."
Aluminum J1720/P1927 with only 3 or 4 believed to exist. According to the Stacks Auction 89 description, this is also struck from a different hub than used on regular with cent proofs. "It has bent back tassels in relation to the tops of V and the position of the I in (PLURIBUS) to the upright of the E in STATES."
Photos are scans from Stacks portion of the Auction 89 sale.
